Factor Energía moves to the heart of Barcelona’s central business district
Factor Energía has moved its offices to Illa Diagonal, in the core of the Central Business District of Barcelona

Factor Energía has moved its offices to Illa Diagonal, in the core of the Central Business District (CBD) of Barcelona, with a new 1,800 square meter space, advised by Cushman & Wakefield.
Emili Rousaud, founder of Factor Energía, mentions that the growth of the company required a new space. Until September, 28,000 square meters were rented in the CBD, with Diagonal Avenue responsible for 84%, with 17% office absorption. Pharmaceutical and professional services companies are the main plaintiffs.
Regarding the development, the next Aura building will be located at number 471 Avenida Diagonal, which will consist of 14,100 square meters of offices, in addition to 2,500 square meters of green spaces, this will focus on sustainability and well-being with Leed certifications, Well and WiredScore Platinum.
