ConrenTramway acquires lands in 22@ to build an office building of 9.000m2.
The aim of this investment is to develop a 9,000 square metre building
La firma d’inversions immobiliàries CorenTramway amb seu a Barcelona, fundada pels germans Jaime-Enrique i Paco Hugas, realitzarà una inversió de 45 milions d’euros en el districte barceloní del 22@.
L’objectiu d’aquesta inversió és promoure un immoble amb 9.000 metres quadrats, les obres del qual s’iniciaran en 2023, i comptarà amb pàrquing privat i 700 m² de zones verdes.
Aquest nou projecte de la gestora ConrenTramway ja en suma quatre a la zona del 22@.
