INCASÒL opens the doors to economic success in Sant Feliu de Pallerols with the sale of its new sector of activity
The Institut Català del Sòl, has begun the process of marketing the two plots of the future economic activity sector Plan de Llongafollia in Sant Feliu de Pallerols (Garrotxa).

The sector will remedy the lack of land due to the existing industrialisation in the area, thus avoiding the relocation of existing companies and expanding the industrial fabric of the municipality.
The two plots have a surface area of 8.483,31 m² floor area and 9.501,31 m² roof area and the other of 27.612,31 m² floor area and 27.612,31 m² roof area.
Organisations interested in acquiring a plot of land must have submitted their application electronically to the electronic registry of the Generalitat de Catalunya before 22 May 2023.
There is no limitation as to the sector to be exploited, there are several possibilities. Industrial and tertiary sector use is foreseen, but other uses such as logistics, warehousing, technical and environmental services, car mechanics, service stations, road services, catering, recreational, educational, health-care, sports for gymnasium activities, paddle tennis, etc., cultural and urban services are also permitted.
The Llongafollia Plan has a surface area of 8.31 hectares. The plots belong to INCASÒL, which are located near the town of Sant Feliu de Pallerols and bordering the C-63 road towards Olot.
A total of 3.6 hectares will be used for economic activity and will be concentrated on the land known as Plan de Llongafollia. On the other hand, the land to be ceded for public facilities and green areas will be in the part located in La Plana.
The new economic activity sector of Sant Feliu de Pallerols, carefully planned for harmonious integration with its surroundings, is strategically located near the natural park of the Garrotxa volcanic area.
